      • Assessment
        • Progress & Monitoring – We are continually developing ways of assessing pupils to secure progress including rigorous tracking and pupil progress meetings.
        • SATs – These are Standard Assessment Tests which are used to evaluate each child’s educational progress at the end of years 2 and 6.
        • Formative Feedback – This is used to check each child’s understanding in an effective way in order to guide actions for further progress.

        • Conduct – At St Bartholomew’s we pride ourselves on maintaining the highest standards of behaviour and positive attitudes to learning.
        • Uniform – At St Bartholomew’s, all our pupils take pride in the school uniform they wear, always looking smart and ready to learn.
        • Attendance & Punctuality – Attendance to school is directly linked to pupil outcomes and pupils must aim to be on time and ready for learning.

St. Bartholomew’s achieves SafetyMARK Platinum Award

The school has achieved a score of 92% in a recent Health & Safety audit. This is an excellent demonstration of the high levels of safety compliance and the SafetyMARK Platinum Award has been achieved.
